Margaritaville at Sea is the only 2-night cruise sailing from the Port of Palm Beach to Grand Bahama Island. Featuring 658 cabins, dining venues, pools, entertainment programming, retail stores, Spa, and Fitness Center. Margaritaville at Sea Paradise brings together the iconic Margaritaville lifestyle from the beach to the sea.

Challenge

The cruise ship formally changed her name to Margaritaville at Sea Paradise in May 2022. Margaritaville is dedicated to providing a one-of-a-kind experience to the guests, from non-stop entertainment to Margaritaville-inspired food and beverage options enjoyed next to spectacular ocean views.

It’s one of Margaritaville at Sea’s targets that guests from worldwide can relax, have fun, and drift into the vacation state of mind in multiple ways. Due to different currencies, the operation was slow when cash/coin was needed.

Margaritaville at Sea values guests’ experience of being relaxed and unwinding in the ocean state of mind, and tries to remove any obstacles that stop them from enjoying the escapism.

Solutions by CTM

CTM designed and implemented a unique solution for Margaritaville at Sea.
The novel gaming and entertainment program features the latest games,
simulators, and the cashless payment system catering to all cruise guests.

The installations were started immediately and are spread throughout the ship,
including outside the casino and a signature arcade room on the top deck,
catering to different guests’ needs on the cruise ship.

Customized prizes include Margaritaville-branded merchandise and specialty items, increasing brand awareness and appealing to guests of all ages at the same time. Introduce a cashless, proprietary payment system that enables payment by room key, which makes the entertainment experience accessible to all guests.
