Our Story
Formed in 2002, CTM established itself as an independent company with a leadership team with decades of experience in the family entertainment industry. It started with penny presses and children’s entertainment kiosks and grew to include candy kiosks, collectible coin books, mini carousels, merchandise vendors, augmented reality rides, frozen treat vending machines, game rooms, and much more!
As the company developed organically, the focus always remained on providing clients with top-level service through both our highly experienced internal teams as well as our network of independent field service technicians, enabling CTM to combine attractive, durable equipment with the latest technology.
Our Business Model
CTM’s broad network of independent field service technicians enables the company to serve a wide range of customer venues across the US and around the world. We are a service company, first and foremost, and to better serve our customers CTM maintains 24/7 customer service and technical support.
Once the core product base was developed and the service structure established, CTM steadily grew to include the top tourist destinations and retail developers in the world. Over the years, CTM’s has worked with clients to create multiple opportunities from both locations and customers to operate complimentary equipment as well as roll out substantial new programs.
