Once formed in 2002, CTM established itself as an independent company with a leadership team possessing decades of experience in the family entertainment industry. As the company developed organically, the focus always remained on providing customers with top level service through both our highly experienced internal teams as well as our network of independent field service technicians, enabling CTM to combine attractive, durable equipment with the latest technology.
Once the core product base was developed and service structure established, CTM steadily grew our account base to include the top tourist destinations and retail developers in the world. Over the years, CTM’s performance led to multiple opportunities from both locations and customers to operate complementary equipment as well as roll out substantial new programs.
CTM operates programs in thousands of retail properties and high traffic tourist destinations throughout North America, Europe and Asia. CTM has partnerships with every major retail development company from Simon Property Group, General Growth Properties, Westfield, and CBL & Associates, as well as top tourist sites including Busch Gardens, Universal, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, the Smithsonian and many others.
