Once formed in 2002, the CTM Group established itself as an independent company with a leadership team possessing multiple years of experience in the family entertainment industry. As the company developed organically, the focus always remained on providing customers with top level service, the latest technology and attractive, durable equipment.
Once the core product base was developed and the service structure established, CTM steadily grew the account base to include the top tourist destinations and retail developers in the world. Their performance led to multiple opportunities from their customer base to operate complimentary equipment as well as the ability to roll out substantial new programs.
The maturation of the field service team, customer support and seasoned relationships allows for CTM to operate programs in over 700 retails properties and more than 1,200 high traffic tourist destinations nationwide, including Canada, Europe and China. CTM has partnerships with every major retail development company from Simon Property Group, General Growth Properties, Westfield, and CBL & Associates, as well as top tourist sites including Busch Gardens, Universal, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, the Smithsonian and numerous others.
